OWNER / HEAD REFEREE
Tulsa is the Owner and Head Ref of Stadium Interval Training. He has over 8 years experience in the Fitness Industry and comes from a Athlete and and Sports background. Tulsa brings with him Energy, Enthusiasm and a genuine love for helping people, especially with their health & wellness goals. Tulsa is a qualified Master Trainer and also a CrossFit Level 2 Coach. He also is certified in CrossFit Gymnastics as well as Punchfit and Personal Training.
Nik is a personal trainer and natural competitor at heart. His athletic background includes impressive showings at numerous CrossFit Competitions as well as Representative Rugby. Nik brings a one of a kind energy to Stadium. He is so passionate about people and loves just being in the moment. His energy is contagious and you cannot help but feel how genuine he is. Nik’s ability to always be himself and to make you feel comfortable is what makes him a fantastic Ref!

The atmosphere was absolutely amazing! From the workouts to the coaches to the setup right down to the uniforms, everything is so well done. I can’t fault Stadium at all, the experience is one of a kind!
This is such a cool experience. The locker room gets you prepped with a mixture of emotions, from anticipation to excitement, mixed in with a bit of fear of the unknown. Then all your senses are awoken as you hit the Stadium floor. The workouts will challenge you no matter what your fitness levels are and the coaches will always encourage you to do your best.
